Especially on first day of school, Wait time vary from 2 hours or more without appointment. Walk-ins are on a first come, first serve bases and on demand they will shut down after a certain number of students due low staffing, for like an hour so come prepared. Staff is very helpful and friendly. So be kind to them. Student volunteers are awesome, knowledgeable and offer great ideas. Campus itself is clean, quiet, quaint, & cute. Nice Clean restrooms. First time here and I was fairly pleased aside from the counseling center. It would of been helpful if they have a kiosk for self-service or a 5 min. -open window for a virtual/ online counselor ready to just assist and answer simple college, transfer, class related questions, instead of making you wait hours for a counselor if your a walk-in. My visit took me 3 hours for a 3 min. Visit with a counselor. Environment & staff have a very relaxed atmosphere & approach. A little to relaxed. Understaffed possibility. Not sure.
